4. **Pet Policy:** Please keep all pets off the furniture. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. this includes outside waste. Doggie bags are available if needed.

5. **Maximum Occupancy:** The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

6. **Check-In/Check-Out:** Check-in time is 3pm, and check-out time is 11am. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and must be arranged in advance with the host.

7. **Security and Safety:** For your safety and security, please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not share access codes with unauthorized individuals.

8. **Use of Amenities:** Please use all amenities provided with care and respect. Any damage to property or amenities will be the responsibility of the guest, and charges may apply for repairs or replacements.

9. **Cleanliness:** Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness throughout their stay. Please clean up after yourselves and leave the property in the same condition as you found it.

10. **Wi-Fi Usage:** Please use the Wi-Fi network responsibly and refrain from downloading or streaming illegal content.
